What music video (alternative music) featured street motorcycles doing stunts at night in a city?

I remember a video that I watched online many years ago (before youtube) and you went direct to the artists site and watched his music video (may or may not have made it to MTV, I doubt it did), and it featured street bikes driving through the city doing some stunts as it drove along. I don’t remember it being a band, just the guys name as the artist. Bugging me to no end… Does anyone else have any idea what I’m talking about?
