Saturday, August 29th, 2009Juan A. R asked:
I own a 2003 Yamaha in Dominican Republic and its been there catching dust for 4 years now. It’s been sitting in my grandmas garage and no one uses it, and it don’t seem like I’m going to Dominican Republic anytime soon. So I’m wondering how can I have it imported to the United States, it will be very use full especially how’s gas keep going up. Any information would be great thank you.

I want to take the rider’s course and I am looking into buying a motorcycle. What is easier to learn on a sport bike or cruiser? I have ridden ATVs all my life so I am not unfamiliar with how the gear shifting goes. There are so many bikes out there what the best for us beginners.

How long have you ridden motorcycles? What did you start off with as your first bike?

Steve y: I am not interested on forums or chatting. I just want to know how long people have ridden and what their first bike was. If you are not going to answer and just spam the question with your groups no thanks.
bikernoj; I think buying new bikes is the only way to go, but that is just me.

How big is the smallest streetlegal motorcycle?
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009water_skipper asked:
How big is the smallest streetlegal motorcycle? I mean literally a motorcycle for a midget to ride. I was watching the movie Goldmember and Minime was riding on a motorcycle with Doctor Eivel. I thought it would be funny if Minime could ride by himself. Are there any midget sized motorcycles that can be legally driven on the roads. I’ve got to see that!

What are the California laws around license plate placement on the back of motorcycles?
Sunday, August 23rd, 2009Ericson asked:
I need to relocate the license plate of my motorcycle because I am removing the ‘extra’ fender it is attached to, and I am considering placing it in an area that is still visible, but may technically be an issue – in the space under the seat or above the rear tire. I’ve seen some bikes have this. I’m not worried about any issues with it clearing my tire and all that, I would like to know if I would be stopped by a cop and given a ticket for it.
